Returns & Refunds

All returns will be refunded as a Store Credit through a Gift Card. We do not issue cash refunds.

We gladly accept returns for unwashed/unworn items in new condition with tags attached. Items that contain strong odors (ex. smoke, perfumes), pet hair, or do not have tags attached will not be accepted.

Return requests must be received via email within 7 days of the shipment delivery date. Please include the order number in the email's subject line. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Prior to shipping your return to our store, the return MUST BE APPROVED through email confirmation.

Once the item(s) have been shipped back to us, they will be inspected and we will issue a store credit in the value you paid in the form of a gift card in the value you paid. The gift card will be sent to the email address you have associated with your customer profile. Refund Gift Cards will not be issued for returns that were not approved prior to shipment and/or do not meet our return policy condition requirements.
